Due to the nature of our drop-shipping and made-to-order model, we have a strict return policy. Returns are only accepted under specific circumstances, and all return requests must be discussed and approved in advance.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  1. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

  2. Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) must be provided.

  3. The item must not be on the list of non-returnable items (see below).

To discuss a potential return or refund, please contact us at support@goodmedicinecollective.shop within 30 days from the date of sale. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photos or details.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order items.

  • Items marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" on the product page.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@goodmedicinecollective.shop within 7 days after delivery. Provide your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it, which may include a replacement or refund.


Refunds

If your return is approved, we will notify you and provide instructions for returning the item. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

  • Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund (if approved) and place a new order for the desired item.
